Volunteer application and policies
Lạc Hồng Center is powered by teachers, parents, students, and community volunteers who help make Saturday classes safe and welcoming.
Teachers
Lead instruction, classroom management, student safety, assessment, and teaching assistants.
Teaching assistants
Support students, learning activities, materials, attendance, and classroom transitions.
Office assistants
Help with documents, supplies, attendance, registration, events, and school administration.
Yard supervision
Work in pairs to monitor gates, recess, designated areas, visitors, and campus safety.
Before you apply
- Choose the role or roles that best fit your experience and availability.
- Plan to serve Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., excluding holidays and scheduled closures.
- Review attendance, conduct, dress, device, safety, and privacy requirements.
- Be ready to provide your contact information, availability, languages, relevant experience, and preferred role.
- Complete the application in one sitting. Save-and-return is not included in the first release.
Teacher and Volunteer Policy
Policy year: 2026-2027 Status: Current
The policy applies to teachers, teaching assistants, office assistants, and school yard supervision assistants. It covers approval before service, Saturday attendance, conduct, dress, electronic devices, student privacy, safety reporting, role responsibilities, and compliance.
