Student registration and family policies

Before you apply

Plan to complete the application in one sitting. Save-and-return is not included in the first release.

• Submit one application for each student.
• Review the class levels and school calendar.
• Have parent or guardian and emergency contact information ready.
• Review authorized pickup arrangements and the Student and Parent Policy.
• Plan payment of the $250 annual fee before the first day of school.

Fee and refund rules

• The annual fee is $250 for each student.
• No sibling or other discounts are offered.
• Late registration is not offered.
• Cash and cheque are accepted offline. Online card payment will be provided through Stripe.
• Refunds are available within the first three weeks after the school start date. This wording is pending final policy approval.

Student and Parent Policy

The policy covers Saturday class hours, drop-off and pickup, attendance, student conduct, safety, electronic devices, discipline, parent responsibilities, dress code, supplies, permission to use student images and work, tuition and refunds, and family partnership.
